Introduction
The committee is still revising its mission statement. Hope to have this finished and voted on soon.
Information Since Last Report
The PR committee met in the fall to discuss a number of ongoing issues. We had a robust discussion about the social media policy which we had previously proposed and had been sent back from ExComm with requested revisions. We agreed to place the draft policy in a Google doc in order to allow all committee members to make recommendations for revision.
Future Plans
We will submit the social media policy for consideration to ExComm at this meeting or very soon afterwards.
