Kristy Jurchen and Chun-Hung Wang have both recently been awarded Dorothy And Moses Passer Education Grants. These grants are intended to support faculty in small programs that do not have graduate programs in the chemical sciences who are also Division of Chemical Education members. Application deadlines are January 1st, April 1st, and September 1st of each year.
Jurchen, who teaches at Concordia University in Nebraska, has received support to attend the National Conference to Advance POGIL Practice. Wang, who teaches at Northland Pioneer College in Arizona, has received support to attend the ACS Two-Year Faculty Workshop.
