It has been a true honor to serve the Division over the past three years. While the journey wasn’t without its challenges, it was marked by genuine effort, collaboration, and care.

To all who volunteer their time and energy to support the Division—thank you. Your behind-the-scenes contributions are essential to our success.

I’d like to express my deep appreciation to Thom Bussey, whose thoughtful leadership this year guided us with clarity and purpose. I’m also grateful to Heather Johnson for her steady support.

I’m excited for the Division’s future under Gina Frey’s leadership. Her vision and enthusiasm are already building momentum for what comes next.
