Assign the PR committee to do an inventory of at least 15 DIVCHED resources by Fall 2025.

- Governance structure overhaul. Create task force to solicit committee input / information to review current governance structure and responsibilities by Fall 2024 National Meeting and recommend improvements to the membership.
- Networking opportunities. Create 3 social networking opportunities by Fall 2025 National Meeting.
- Organizational excellence & inclusion. Create and communicate DEIR grounded best practices for committee operations by Spring 2025 National Meeting.
Professional Development
- New learning opportunities. Implement at least three new professional learning programs, at least one of which addresses each of secondary practitioners, postsecondary practitioners, and chem ed researchers by Q3 2025.
- Access to resources. Examine and revise financial structures to provide funding that serves DivCHED membership.
- Expert collaboration. Implement a new professional learning experience that brings together chemistry education professionals with one or more other communities with complementary expertise by Q3 2025.
Content & Messaging
- Optimize institutional knowledge. Assign the PR committee to do an inventory of at least 15 DivCHED resources by Fall 2025.
- Increase value & branding. Assign the PR committee and develop and present to XCOM two branding strategies by the end of 2025.
- Enhance website user experience. Launch and gather user experience feedback from a diverse range of consistency of members about the new DivCHED chem website (that contains ChemEdX and the current DivCHED website) by end of 2024.
