Greetings from the Regional Meetings Committee, Spring 2025 The Regional Meetings Committee (RMC) promotes DivCHED by overseeing the ACS DivCHED Regional Awards for Excellence in High School Teaching, ensuring chemical education programming at regional meetings, and maintaining a DivCHED presence. Volunteers are needed, especially in the Central, Great Lakes, Northeast, and Northwest regions. You can help by joining the committee, representing DivCHED at regional meetings, or encouraging others to get involved. Interested? The Regional Meetings Committee (RMC) Fall 2021 Report The Regional Meetings Committee advanced its mission in 2021 by recognizing outstanding high school chemistry teachers with regional awards, promoting chemical education programming at regional ACS meetings, and collaborating on a new outreach poster to highlight DivCHED’s work and recruit new members.
