Following the update of the Division Operations Manual the continuation of the mission is to work with the chairs of the committees to update the Operations Manuals for the individual committees and be sure those manuals are aligned structurally with that of the Division.
Looking through the web site, I noticed that there were two categories of committees regarding Ops manuals: Committees that have one posted and committees that do not have one posted. I contacted each chair person and asked them to either: a) check over their operations manual and make any changes they felt relevant or b) do a little research to see if their committee has an operations manual.
For the committees where there was a manual I have some groups working on updates, a couple of groups revised, and one in final edit mode. For committee where there was not a manual linked anywhere I have gotten responses ranging from "we don't know" to "I think we do and we will work on it" to "no response."
I plan to have several updated and formatted by the Fall meeting and hope to have some of the missing items located or outlined from scratch.
Other than starting from scratch, is there a way to locate any missing Ops Manuals?
