Message from the Chair, Thom Bussey, Spring 2025 The Division of Chemical Education honors the late Ron Perkins, the first high school teacher to chair DivCHED. Gratitude is extended to outgoing Executive Committee members, and a warm welcome to new members in 2025. Progress continues on the strategic plan, focusing on engagement, professional development, and communication, including a website renovation. Members are invited to the DivCHED Social Reception at the ACS 2025 Spring Meeting on March 23 (5:30–7:00 PM, Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina). To foster open communication, monthly Office Hours are held on the second Wednesday of each month.
