Mission / Charge

The Strategic Plan Oversight Committee (SPOC) works to support transparency, collaboration, and accountability in developing and executing the Division’s Strategic Plan, in support of the Division’s vision and mission.

SPOC strives to be open, transparent, and inclusive. DivCHED members interested in developing experience with DivCHED governance and strategic planning processes are encouraged to express their interest in serving on a Strategic Plan Strategy Team. A self-nomination form is coming soon; in the mean-time, please contact the SPOC chair here. Individuals interested in serving on SPOC can self-nominate via this form.
Activities / Highlights
- SPOC is charged by the Division to:
  
  Coordinate the five-year Strategic Plan renewal process
  
  Monitor, facilitate, and support implementation of the Division’s Strategic Plan (SP)
  
  Propose the creation and staffing of teams to execute SP strategies
  
  Support and provide accountability for SP strategy teams
  
  Serve as a liaison between SP teams, Division Leadership, and Division Membership
  
  Promote awareness of Strategic Plan progress
  
  Solicit, review, and make quarterly recommendations for Strategic Projects Fund awards
