Biennial Conference Committee News, Fall 2025 The Biennial Conference Committee (BCC) has been updating its operations manual, selecting a new meeting planner, and designing the BCCE website. The review process for the 2028 BCCE is nearly complete, and Letters of Intent to host the 2030 BCCE are due December 2025. Save the date for BCCE 2026, July 26–30 in Madison, WI—an in-person and virtual event focused on innovation, collaboration, and the future of chemistry education. Programming proposals open August 1, 2025.

Greetings from the Biennial Conference Committee, Spring 2025 The Biennial Conference Committee (BCC) is preparing for BCCE 2026 in Madison, Wisconsin, and finalizing the review process for BCCE 2028. Planning for BCCE 2030 has begun, with Letters of Intent due in December 2025. The 2024 BCCE at the University of Kentucky was a success, with 1,495 attendees and overwhelmingly positive feedback. BCCE 2026, themed Reflecting Back, Moving Forward, will take place July 26-30, 2026, bringing educators and researchers together to advance chemistry education. Key deadlines include program requests (Aug 1-Nov 10, 2025) and abstract submissions (Jan 5-Mar 1, 2026). Join in person or remotely to connect and collaborate!

Biennial Conference Committee, Fall 2024 Greetings from the Biennial Conference Committee (BCC). As this newsletter goes out, we are just finishing up the 2024 BCCE. Leading up to the conference, the committee has been busy at work making recommendations for improvements for future BCCEs, including identifying a host site for 2028.

Biennial Conference Committee, Fall 2022 The 2022 BCCE at Purdue was a major success with over 1,400 attendees, and planning is underway for future conferences—including BCCE 2024 at the University of Kentucky and BCCE 2026 at the University of Wisconsin–Madison—with resources available for prospective 2028 hosts.
